Secularly taught mindfulness meditation is increasingly popular among people who want to improve their physical and mental health by reducing and managing their stress and regaining the ability to relax and live more in the present.
Mindfulness is taught in a practical and experiential way in small groups over an 8 week period (or one to one if preferred). Sessions are fully supported by MP3/CDs of guided meditations for home practice and handouts.

I trained to teach mindfulness at the Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research. I have also trained with Integrated Mindfulness, which specialises in training mindfulness teachers who want to integrate mindfulness teaching into therapeutic work.
