Right-hand lady (and often left-hand too!) to our Medical team, Rachel ensures unprecedented levels of comfort, care, hygiene and safety in all medical treatments.
Rachel joined Aesthetic Health in February 2018 as an Aesthetic Practitioner, motivated by a desire to contribute her skills to the exceptional patient experience that the clinic has as its central philosophy. Having worked in the Beauty industry since 2010, Rachel was keen to build on her skills in all areas of aesthetic medical treatments.
From day one at Aesthetic Health, she discovered a unique gift for Clinical Assisting, impressing the aesthetic doctors with her exceptional management of the patient journey and her instinctive and intuitive approach to treatment and care. She soon took the practice of Clinical Assisting to even greater heights, earning herself the head role of the department as Senior Clinical Associate.
The most important aspect of treatment for Rachel is the special relationship between patient and practitioner. She works tirelessly to ensure ultimate patient satisfaction, and brings an oasis like aura to the treatment room, instilling calmness and confidence in every patient.
When she’s not assisting the medical team and ensuring exceptional treatment delivery, Rachel enjoys socialising with friends, spending quality time with family and walking her french bulldog.
