Although less is definitely more when it comes to fillers, that’s not to say there aren’t many treatment options to choose from that are all specific to individual concerns. Unlike a lot of aesthetic clinics, we aim to treat the underlying conditions that cause wrinkles, hollowing, and uneven skin. Our range of fillers can help lift, repair, strengthen and support your skin, giving you a more firm, radiant appearance.
At your initial consultation, we’ll assess your skin, facial structure and the results you’re hoping to achieve, before handpicking the type, strength and amount of filler you may need. While the effects of filler can be seen almost instantly, it’s important to pick the most suitable option for long-lasting, naturally beautiful results. Our Senior Aesthetic Doctors, led by Dr Julia Sevi, use our state-of-the-art technology to perform filler treatments, ensuring that you’re getting the right tailor-made treatment for you, and keeping you in safe hands throughout the procedure. We use local anaesthetic cream to minimise any discomfort while we gently enhance your natural features for more refined, healthy-looking skin.
The effects of different fillers can be varied. While some plump the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and lines; others enhance hydration, tone and a healthy glow (like revitalising and booster fillers). Others are more specific and can enhance more targeted features, such as redefining the cupid’s bow (lip fillers) or support hollow cheeks and jowls (volumising fillers).
Fillers can be used in areas across the face, neck, décolletage, and even in the hands. Most filler treatments last between 6 to 18 months, depending on the type of filler used. The techniques we use at Aesthetic Health promote your skin’s organic cell production, so even when the filler is no longer effective, you will eventually have your own ‘anti-gravity’ barrier of all-natural collagen, keeping your skin firm and youthful.
Skin Boosters help bring a natural, healthy glow to the face, neck, décolletage and hands; Dermal Fillers soften wrinkles whilst gently plumping and lifting; Lip Fillers gently enhance lip hydration and volume, redefine shape and treat vertical lines; Volumising Fillers replenish support, define and lift the cheek, jowls and jawline; while Stimulating Fillers create support and lift.
Our fillers are available in a wide range of different strengths and characteristics and we carefully handpick the right one for your skin and facial structure.
Our specially formulated products and unique techniques have been created to gently enhance and we can achieve impressive results while retaining a natural look that works in perfect harmony with your facial proportions.
Patient comfort remains our top priority and we apply a local anaesthetic cream that helps to numb your skin. Added to this, our fillers either contain local anaesthetic, or we add it prior to use and our techniques are specially designed to be more comfortable.
The results from filler treatments can last between 6 to 18 months, depending on the type used and the area treated. In general, the techniques used stimulate regeneration of collagen which supports longer-lasting results.
Fillers are available in a range of different strengths and characteristics, from which we choose carefully according to the needs of your skin and facial structure.
Juvederm® Hydrate and Restylane Vital™ are very light products specially formulated to be
injected just under the surface of the skin to improve hydration, tone and elasticity. Ideal for bringing a natural healthy glow to the face, neck, décolletage and hands, a course of three treatments is required for the best results, which can last for upwards of a year.
These are the most commonly used fillers, available in different strengths to treat all depths and types of skin. They can be injected anywhere that support and subtle volume are needed, softening wrinkles whilst gently plumping and lifting. They stay in the skin for up to a year but the results are more long lasting due to the collagen production stimulated by the way we perform treatment.
We have specially formulated products to hydrate, gently enhance lip volume, redefine shape and treat vertical lip lines. We can achieve results ranging from restoration of hydration to lip enhancement, always retaining a natural look in harmony with your face.
Containing more hyaluronic acid than dermal fillers, these thicker products successfully refill, define and lift the cheek, jowls and jawline. Working with gentle micro-cannulas this technique treats underlying problems of ageing and volume loss, lifting the structure of the face. We use Juvederm® Voluma, Belotero Intense or Teosyal Ultra Deep to give instant results which can last up to 18 months.
Radiesse is a dermal filler with a longer lasting dual volumising effect. A special gel-matrix creates immediately visible results, while fine calcium microspheres re-stimulate natural collagen formation over six to sixteen weeks for lasting contour and volume. The gel itself, and the microspheres, are completely broken down by the body over time, but the natural collagen ‘scaffolding’ persists giving an ‘anti-gravity’ effect which can last 1-3 years, depending on age. Radiesse is particularly effective in volumising hollow or sagging cheeks and hands.
For your comfort, we apply local anaesthetic cream to numb your skin and our fillers either contain local anaesthetic, or we add it prior to use. All fillers carry a risk of bruising, which we minimise where possible using a special regimen and the latest gentle cannulas instead of needles. A medical doctor performs all our filler procedures after a full consultation.
