Regenerative Body Consultation
Understand Your Body. Treat What Matters.
Our Regenerative Body Consultation is the first step towards a treatment programme designed around you.
By combining an in-depth conversation with clinical assessment and, where appropriate, advanced diagnostic technology, we build a detailed understanding of your body, your health and your goals before recommending treatment.
Because meaningful, lasting results begin with the right diagnosis.

Why Begin with a Regenerative Body Consultation?
The same visible concern can have many different contributing factors. Loose skin, cellulite, changes in body shape or reduced muscle tone cannot be properly understood by looking at the surface alone.
Our Regenerative Body Consultation considers the tissues working together beneath the skin, alongside your health, lifestyle and personal goals. This allows us to recommend treatment according to clinical need rather than offering a standard package or assuming that one treatment will suit everyone.
We diagnose before we treat. We prescribe rather than sell.
What Happens During Your Consultation?
Your consultation has been carefully designed to build a complete picture of your concerns and the factors that may be influencing them. Depending on your needs, it may include the following elements.
Understanding You
Every consultation begins with a conversation. We will take time to understand:
- What concerns you most
- The changes you have noticed
- What you would like to achieve
- How your concerns affect your confidence
- Your expectations of treatment
This helps us understand not only what you see, but what matters most to you.
Medical and Lifestyle Assessment
Your health and lifestyle are important parts of treatment planning. We may discuss:
- Your medical history and current medication
- Previous treatments or procedures
- Menopause or other hormonal influences
- Exercise, nutrition and lifestyle
- Factors that may affect tissue health, recovery or results
This enables us to determine which options are safe, appropriate and realistic for your individual circumstances.
Clinical Assessment
Where relevant to your concerns, your clinician may use a combination of the following assessments.
Body Composition Analysis
Body composition analysis can provide information including muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat, hydration and metabolic indicators. It can help us understand changes that may not be apparent from physical examination alone and provide a useful baseline for monitoring progress.
Clinical Photography
Standardised medical photography records your starting point, supports accurate treatment planning and allows changes to be reviewed objectively over time. This is particularly valuable when improvements are gradual.
Functional Assessment
Where clinically appropriate, we may assess posture, movement, balance, strength and muscle activation. This helps us understand whether muscle function is contributing to your concerns and whether it should form part of your programme.
Our Multi-Layer Approach
Rather than focusing on one visible concern in isolation, we consider how the different tissue layers work together.
Skin
We assess skin quality, hydration, elasticity and texture, together with visible changes caused by ageing, hormones or sun exposure.
Connective Tissue
We consider tissue quality and support, including factors that may contribute to cellulite, laxity and changes in structure.
Localised Fat
Where appropriate, we assess the distribution of localised fat and the extent to which it may be contributing to changes in contour or proportion.
Muscle
Healthy muscle contributes to strength, support, function and body shape. Assessing muscle tone and activation helps us determine whether improving muscle function may be beneficial.
Looking at these layers together allows us to identify the factors contributing to your concerns and recommend treatment based on assessment rather than assumption.
Diagnostic Ultrasound
Where it adds clinical value, diagnostic ultrasound may be used to examine your anatomy and the tissues beneath the skin in greater detail.
This additional information can support treatment planning and help your clinician prescribe treatment with greater confidence. Ultrasound is not required for every patient and will only be used when it is relevant to your concerns.
Your Personalised Treatment Programme
Once your assessment is complete, your clinician will explain their findings and discuss the options available to you.
Your programme may involve a single treatment or a carefully planned combination of regenerative and technology-led therapies. Depending on your assessment, recommendations may include:
- WONDER® Axon
- WONDER Body
- Ultherapy® PRIME non-surgical skin lifting
- Sofwave™
- BioBlend™ Regenerative Treatments
- Secret RF® fractional radiofrequency
- Polynucleotide or polynutrient microinjections
- Laser Genesis
- Limelight IPL skin therapy
- Nutritional therapy
- Lifestyle guidance
Every recommendation is based on your individual clinical needs. We do not use predetermined packages or prescribe treatment simply because it is available.
What Happens Next?
Before you decide whether to proceed, your clinician will explain:
- Their assessment and findings
- The treatment options available
- Why a particular approach is being recommended
- The results that may realistically be achieved
- Expected timescales
- Suitable alternatives, including the option not to treat
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and take the time you need to make an informed decision. Our aim is for you to feel informed, confident and supported before beginning treatment.
