PATIENT FOCUS GROUP
Join our patient focus group - breakfast club
In just three months as the new clinic manager, Julie Hayden-Baker has diligently explored ways to elevate our service. Recognising the importance of nurturing patient feedback, she has made it a top priority to actively seek input on shaping the new membership model.
Julie is eager to establish an ongoing patient focus group to maintain an open dialogue and continuously gather feedback. This will enable her to test new ideas and ensure the membership remains aligned with evolving patient needs. Moreover, it will help build a community of like-minded individuals, empowering patients to play an active role in shaping the way the clinic evolves.
As part of this initiative, Julie will host a monthly open breakfast club from 7:30am – 9:00am. This will give patients the chance to share their ideas and feedback directly with her, while enjoying breakfast provided by one of the clinic’s own patients, Bilberry Bee – further fostering a sense of community.
