This innovative device uses adjustable-depth microneedling to precisely deliver radiofrequency energy into the deeper layers of the dermis, targeting the skin where true regeneration occurs.

This treatment is not offered as a one-off solution to correct a specific concern. It forms part of a regenerative skin health plan, prescribed by Dr Julia Sevi during your initial consultation to ensure optimal, long-term outcomes.
Any area on the face, neck or body can be treated, although please be aware that larger areas may need more sessions than smaller areas. Similarly, less healthy skin may require more sessions, for example if skin is older, thinner, has more sun damage, or scarring. Your experienced aesthetic practitioner will discuss your individual needs during your consultation.
Prior to treatment we will apply numbing cream to the treatment area for 30-60mins to promote a more comfortable experience, followed by thorough cleansing. Your treatment settings are prescribed individually to suit your needs and once commenced the Secret RF treatment is relatively quick, lasting between 30-60 minutes. You may feel some light pressure and heat, most people find the procedure tolerable, and settings can be adjusted for your comfort.
Patients typically need 3-4 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart, to achieve optimal results. Most patients report seeing improvement after the second treatment however results are optimized 3 months after the last treatment.
Patients may notice a warm sensation and a pricking or scraping feeling during this treatment. Following Secret RF, it is normal to have some level of redness, swelling, irritation, and mild discomfort, but these symptoms usually resolve quickly on their own.
Although results are visible after the first treatment, you’ll start to notice more significant changes in your skin following the second treatment. Typically, more visible improvements are seen 6-8 weeks post session and you can expect to see optimal results 3-6 months after you complete your last treatment.
